AREM did not start in an office. It started with a young man newly arrived from Cuba, working as his father’s helper installing impact windows and doors. Today the company handles all three: material, installation and permit. Today his goal is for every customer to get the benefit of his experience and work of the quality it deserves, at the best price on the market.
Who is behind AREM
He arrived from Cuba and started working that same day.

A young Cuban who, without even changing out of his travel clothes or unpacking, started working as his father’s helper installing impact windows and doors.
Little by little he made his own way and built his independence, on hard work and on quality work.
Today his goal is for every customer to get the benefit of his experience and work of the quality it deserves, at the best price on the market.

How he works
Material, installation and permit: all three.
- 01
The material
Impact windows and doors, built to the exact size of each opening and with the product approval the location requires: a Miami-Dade NOA inside the HVHZ, state approval outside it.
- 02
The installation
Fitted by his own crew: anchoring, sealing and finish work. It is not handed to a subcontractor who disappears when a problem shows up.
- 03
The permit
Filed with the county or the city, from application to final inspection. The customer never has to stand at a counter or read a building code.
What it means for you
Why it matters who installs it.
He learned the trade installing, not selling
He started as a helper, with his hands. The person measuring your house knows what happens when an opening is out of square or a frame does not seat, because he has installed it himself.
One party responsible, start to finish
Material, installation and permit come from the same company. There are not three vendors pointing at each other when something does not fit or the inspector asks for a correction.
Service in Spanish and English
Explaining a permit, a NOA or a structural change in the customer’s own language is not a nicety: it is the difference between understanding what you sign and hoping somebody else understood it for you.
